book 2 is dedicated - This photo was made by Fran's boyfriend in
Spindale, North Carolina, in about 1999. Randall died unexpectedly

this picture of the wonderful staff at the Providence Hospital
Cardiac Rehab center. Everyone of these ladies is an
angel!

Fran's First Book Signing
Fran's first book signing was at Waldenbooks, Columbiana Mall, Columbia, South Carolina, on October 6, 2007.
The first book she signed was for Jonathan, the Waldenbooks
employee who booked the signing. The basket on the floor is full of Moon Pies, which are Callie's favorite treats and are given by Fran to folks who buy a book.
Some really great ladies who came to The Happy Bookseller to buy A Tisket, a Tasket, a Fancy Stolen Casket. I hope they come back in March for Hey Diddle, Diddle, the Corpse & the Fiddle. Not only do I want them to read the book, I need a clearer photo of us together!
